El Cid - Mario Nascimbene ? The "El Cid" laser disc contains an interview with Miklòs Rozsa's son in which he mentions that because of the multi-national financing, an Italian composer had to be involved. Mr. Rozsa geneorously let the producers give Mr. Nascimbene billing. That's probably why M.N.'s name is mentioned in this context, but I don't think he ever wrote a note of music for the film or was contemplated as its composer. [Info provided by Rich Bush]
